Refund policy

Refunds
We do not offer any refunds/returns on any By Bibi items. If you no longer wish to proceed with you order a store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card. This will be emailed to you electronically. 

In some cases, items can be returned and fixed for a cost. All accidental damage is not covered by By Bibi. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of its arrival. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about your items at bybibi@outlook.com.au

Damages and issues 
If your item is faulty/incorrect, the item is to be returned at the customers expense and a replacement will be sent once the original item has been received. 

 

Exchanges 
We do not provide monetary refunds for change of mind purchases. I’m this instance a store credit will be issued to the total value of your order, less any discounts used.

By purchasing with us you agree to and understand our shipping and returns policy. If you are unsatisfied with you're order it is the consumers obligation to return the item at their own expense in order to receive a store credit minus the shipping cost. 

 

Posting Back Returns 
To return your product, please email bybibi@outlook.com.au for further steps. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
