Where do you ship to?
For now, domestically within Australia and New Zealand.
How long does shipping take?
WE CURRENTLY HAVE A PROCESSING TIME OF UP TO 14 BUSINESS DAYS.
Please keep in mind, I work full time outside of By Bibi and handmade snow globe tumblers, except for the pre-made tumblers.
Once your order is placed we will try our best to get it made, packed and shipped as soon as we can. Our products are made with nothing but love therefore orders do take a tiny bit longer to reach you.
PLEASE NOTE: OUR PROCESSING TIME DOES NOT INCLUDE SHIPPING AND IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE DURING PEAK PERIODS.
How do I track my order?
All items will come with tracking and you will be supplied with the tracking number once your item is taken to the post office.
RETURNS
Refund/Return Policy
We do not offer any refunds/returns on any By Bibi items. If you no longer wish to proceed with you order a store credit will be issued in the form of a gift card. This will be emailed to you electronically.
In some cases, items can be returned and fixed for a cost. All accidental damage is not covered by By Bibi. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of its arrival. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about your items.
If your item is faulty/incorrect, the item is to be returned at the customers expense and a replacement will be sent once the original item has been received.
Strictly no refunds on gift cards
What if I change my mind?
We do not provide monetary refunds for change of mind purchases. I’m this instance a store credit will be issued to the total value of your order, less any discounts used.
By purchasing with us you agree to and understand our shipping and returns policy. If you are unsatisfied with you're order it is the consumers obligation to return the item at their own expense in order to receive a store credit minus the shipping cost.
Can I exchange for a different item?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at bybibi@outlook.com.au and we will work together to find a solution.
How do I post a return?
To return your product, please email bybibi@outlook.com.au for further steps.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
